Responses submitted by GM Sign LLC to government solicitations (RFPs, IFBs, RFQs) are binding offers subject to the terms of the applicable solicitation and procurement regulations. Government contracts, once executed, supersede these Terms with respect to the subject matter of the contract.

All pricing is provided in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed in writing through a formal proposal or contract. For commercial clients, payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Government contracts are subject to the payment terms established in the applicable contract and procurement regulations. A late payment fee may apply to overdue commercial invoices at a rate of 1.5% per month.
GM Sign LLC warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for signage installations (including warranties on materials, fabrication, and installation) are set forth in the applicable project contract. Our installation crews follow applicable workplace safety practices. Warranty claims should be submitted to services@gmsignllc.com.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or related to GM Sign LLC's services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. If negotiation fails, the parties may agree to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. Nothing in this provision prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
